After installation:

1. 1. Confirm that each selected Skill directory contains its SKILL.md and references/ files.
2. 2. Restart the agent if it does not detect a newly created top-level Skills directory.
3. 3. Ask a matching question, such as Add SMS OTP verification with Mocean.
4. 4. Confirm that the agent reports or demonstrates that it loaded moceanapi-otp-verify.

5. Install Skills at project scope when they should be shared with one repository, or at user scope when they should be available across your local projects.
