Mocean Skills can be used by compatible agents that discover filesystem-based Agent Skills. The developer page includes installation locations for Cursor, Claude Code, and Codex.

Other agents that support the Agent Skills format may also work. The agent must preserve the complete Skill directory, including SKILL.md and its references/ files.
