The products serve different purposes.

The Documentation MCP Server can expose a broad set of structured public API contracts. A Skill requires additional curation: workflow decisions, limitations, failure behavior, application safeguards, and tests must be documented for each supported use case.

If no Skill covers a product, the agent may still use the Documentation MCP Server and API Reference to retrieve the contract. The developer must provide or review the broader implementation design.
