No. In accordance with regulations issued by the Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA) of Singapore, TLS (Transport Layer Security) 1.3 will be mandatory for all connections handling A2P SMS traffic to Singapore, effective 1 April 2026.
As a result, TLS 1.2 and below will no longer be supported for Singapore traffic after this date.
To comply with this regulatory requirement and to avoid any potential service disruption, all customers sending SMS traffic to Singapore must ensure their systems support TLS 1.3 before the effective date.
Customers are strongly encouraged to begin migrating to TLS 1.3 for their connections with MOCEAN as soon as possible.
All upgrades must be completed before 1 April 2026, as connections using TLS 1.2 and below will be rejected for Singapore traffic after this date.
