Utility templates are used to open a utility conversation. Utility templates are mainly used for notifying on a specific agreed upon transaction in order to accomplish a confirmation, suspension or change of transaction or subscription.

Note that if a template has a mix of Utility and Marketing content, the template will be classified as marketing.
