Marketing templates are used to open a marketing conversation. Marketing templates are commonly used for sending marketing messages to customers notifying them about promotional messages, greeting messages, update newsletters and responding or complete a new transaction.

Note that if a template has a mix of Utility and Marketing content, the template will be classified as marketing
