Integrate MoceanAPI Wordpress plugins with Jetpack CRM

What is Jetpack ?

Jetpack CRM is a CRM tools that allows you to understand and market your products or services to your customers in a better way. It shows you important and insightful data to help you in your decision making and ultimately netting you more sales.

Popular way of integration with Jetpack and Mocean API

- Send SMS to new contact with status "Customer"

- Send SMS to new contact with status "Lead"

- Send SMS to new contact with status "Refused"

- Send SMS to new contact with status "Blacklisted"

How does it work?

Whenever you added a new contact with one of the status (Customer, lead, refused, blacklisted) to Jetpack CRM, a SMS notification message will be sent to the newly added contact if they specified their mobile number.

Instruction

1. Login to your Wordpress Dashboard and install MoceanSMS Order Notification Plugin and Jetpack CRM plugin
2. Activate the plugins
3. Navigate to Settings -> MoceanAPI SMS Settings
4. Fill in your API Key and API Secret in MoceanAPI SMS Settings
5. Configure the settings to your likings under "Automations", "Jetpack CRM" tab
