What is LatePoint?

Latepoint appointment booking & reservation is a booking wordpress plugin that offers unique booking solution to service providers such as Dental Clinic, Hairdressing and etc where you can have control over the Agent who serves the Customer for a particular Service. You will be able to see Agent's available time and manage them accordingly.

Popular way of integration with LatePoint and Mocean API

- Send SMS to customers when their appointment is cancelled, approved, pending approval or pending payment.

- Send SMS to remind customers of their appointment 30 minutes before the appointment.

How does it work?

When this happens in FAT Services Booking...

- Appointment status is approved

- Appointment status is pending payment

- Appointment status is pending approval

- Appointment status is cancelled

Do this in Mocean API...

- Send SMS to notify customers when the appointment status is approved, canceled, pending payment or pending approval

Instruction

1. Login to your Wordpress Dashboard and install MoceanSMS Order Notification Plugin and LatePoint Appointment Booking & Reservation Plugin
2. Activate the plugins
3. Navigate to Settings -> MoceanAPI SMS Settings
4. Fill in your API Key and API Secret in MoceanAPI SMS Settings
5. Navigate to Automation Tab -> LatePoint Appointment Booking & Reservation
6. Configure the settings to your likings
