Instruction

1. Login to your Wordpress Dashboard and install MoceanAPI SendSMS
2. Activate the plugins
3. Fill in your API Key and API Secret under Settings tab
4. You can now send SMS to filters set by you. Whether it is "All users" or "specific users" or specific phone numbers"
