Step 1: Install our MoceanAPI Abandoned Cart SMS reminder
- Navigate to WordPress Plugins on your left sidebar in your admin panel
2. Search for Mocean and install MoceanAPI Abandoned Carts for WooCommerce
3. Click on Install Now & Activate the plugin after you’ve installed. You will be able to access the plugin under WooCommerce -> MoceanAPI Abandoned Carts
Step 2: Connect MoceanAPI to WooCommerce
1. Get your MoceanAPI Key and Secret from MoceanAPI Dashboard. Register an account here in less than 5 minutes if you don’t already have one.
2. Copy and paste your API Key and API Secret into the appropriate fields in MoceanAPI Abandoned Carts -> SMS Settings
Step 3: Send SMS to recover abandoned Cart
After your customer have submitted their information during the Checkout Process (payment is not finalized)
We’ll then store the details in a table for you to visualize your customer’s abandoned cart
4. After a 1 hour, we’ll then send an SMS reminder to them with the SMS template that you have configured in our plugin’s setting page.
